Truble with the marketing code

I'm sorry to hear you had problem filling in the registration page.

The marketing code option is little bit hidden maybe, but it's definitely there.

- Search for the field "Choose Source" in the registration form
- Select "Marketing Code" from the dropdown list
- Enter strategy-en in the now available field "Enter marketing code"

Have you proceeded with the registration already? You can also email PokerStars and tell them you've had trouble finding the correct field to enter your referring code and would like your account to be tracked before making any deposit or start playing.

it's a bit of a catch 22 - when you haven't registrered an account and email their support, they will not answer your query for safety reasons since my mail for obvious reasons are not registered to an existing account. So you have to register to ask questions about the registration I will follow your advice and register, and then sort out the tracking before depositing. Thanks for the advice.

It can take any time up to seven days. Normally not this long but we always say seven days just in case there are any delays.

If you have entered your name there, can you please send an email to PokerStars and kindly ask them if your account is affiliated with PokerStrategy.com

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you this as we rely on StrategyPoints for this purpose.
