GTECH G2 (Boss) - €0.25 NL - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 3

BB: €23.89
UTG: €25.04
Hero (CO): €28.72
BTN: €13.68
SB: €23.63

Villain is a fish - 68/33 ewith Ag 0.9, but I only had 22 hands on him.

SB posts SB €0.12, BB posts BB €0.25

Pre Flop: (€0.37) Hero has A♣ K♥

UTG calls €0.25, Hero raises to €1.00, fold, fold, fold, UTG calls €0.75

Flop: (€2.37, 2 players) K♦ 5♦ 5♥
UTG checks, Hero bets €1.25, UTG raises to €2.50, Hero calls €1.25

Turn: (€7.37, 2 players) 7♣
UTG bets €1.00, Hero calls €1.00

River: (€9.37, 2 players) 4♣
UTG bets €4.68, Hero calls €4.68

I think I should have raised the turn here to protect against flushdraws and get more value out of weaker Ks. I guess I didn't because i was affraid of the 5 that could be in his range.

I think calldown is fine.
If you raise on the turn, raise/fold or raise/broke?

Hello prevolsek,

As long he shows weakness with his size I'd definitely go for a raise on the turn. Though on the turn we should also have a plan, so I am also asking you as above: what's your plan if he 3bets?

Best Regards.

If he 3 bet's I shove, no way I'm folding TPTK on this board against a fish with such great pot odds. The only thing that beats me is a 5 or perhaps 77, I beat all other PPs, Kx and draws.

So why not raise then the flop? Don't you want to protect?

Also clearly going for Raise/Broke vs a passive opponent who has full of 5x hands in his range which also play this way whilst I assume he plays Kx more passively I'd tend to rather Raise/Fold.
