Your continuation bet of 2/3 is ok.
if you didnt hit the turn after he calls , it is an easy check/fold heads-up.

Sorry for probably stupid question, and is not about this hand, but you were talking about the levels...
I'm getting near the lower limit of buy-ins ($27 left) so when I reach lower limit you think I should stay on NL10 tables even if I lose everything or I should go to 0,02c/0,04c tables, because somehow I think that tables are for BSS beginers and are 2 low for playing SSS on them?

2c/4c are definitely not for sss since the minimum byu in there is $2. If you feel like trying to rebuild with bss, you may - with such a small amount of money every game feels risky (you can play well and still loose because of variance).

But with SSS there's no step below NL10.
