I wouldn't bother betting this flop 3 ways and just check it back. I don't see any value at all here since you've missed the flop completely.
HU would this be a flop to pure bluff? Let's suppose villain fold to cbet = 50. Think we can have great fold equity there. Or would be also better to check once we don't have any alternative way if he calls?
