the line you take will depend a lot on any meta you have as well as how aggro he is.

if you are readless just bet/bet/bet with a plan to evaluate any raises.

you can also c/c turn c/c blank rivers to bluff catch his floats, you can also bet/bet then bluff catch rivers. i think c/c turn then c/f blank river is probably the worst line you can take. he can bet turn with all his air and easily bluff river. he can even bet Tx here for VALUE! (obv if he is betting river with worse hands for VALUE then you have to snap call this hand)
