In SSS, it says to leave the table when you get to 25BB or more. Is there any way of moving your stack without leaving the table, as sometimes it can be very difficult to get back on another table without having to sit waiting for a period of time.

no, you can't cash out a certain amount from a table. You need to leave the table and find another one.
