HM1 on FTP rush tables

i have the same problem. here i show you some photos showing configuration but its all OK! >,< dont know why HUD doesn't show!!!!

what should i do? ♠

Current HM1 releases don't work with Rush, we are working on a fix but i don't have an ETA for this.

Older HM1 releases like 1.11.06g or 1.12.02 are reported to work with Rush:
so if you like to downgrade: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/426/Download+Links+For+Past+Builds

Any chance you could post here if/when an update is released for HM1 that includes Rush HUD working?

1.12.02 with new DB works for me

I downgraded to 1.12.02, but still not working, any settings I need to make sure of in the site options window? Or any other place?

There are a number of glitches in HEM1. Also in HEM2, but thats another story

For example, in this thread. I'm concerned that an apparently easily remediable bug is outstanding for half a year.

And I'm doubly concerned when I hear things like "we are working on a fix but i don't have an ETA for this".

I'm not getting at you personally, netsrak, b/c you are always quick to reply with the information that you have. But I don't think this is good service from your employers.

I assume what has happened is that you have all but stopped support for HEM1. I don't say that is unreasonable, but I would like you to clarify whether that is the case. If there is no reasonable prospect of these bugs getting fixed in the short term, I think HEM should let customers know so that they can upgrade to HEM2 or make other arrangements.

I'm saying this as a customer of HEM, rather than a coach on PS.

From the informations i have we will work on FTP in HM1 after we have released a stable HM2 version.
