You surely can raise with sc on BU, but in lower stakes it may be wrong. Cbet is almost obligatory here, as in almost every HU flop IP,except if villain si rly loose passive ,and with high WTSD and low fold to cbet


Raising is mostly better, but not against callingstations :), so completing and trying to hit smt good is also an option. This is quite drawy board to contibet, but if UTG c/c only with pp and for set value, then you should take it down a lot of times.
