The problem here is that the NFD is a favorite here and even a hand like he showed up with has quite a bit of equity versus us.

We also are deep and need to call another 102 big blinds. I feel that this is a very high variance spot and one in which we may not show a huge profit in the long term so I'd prefer a bet/fold (without reads/history).

As a side note I can't really expect villain to shove many 66-99 hands.
