Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is BB with 8 :spade: J
UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, SB calls $0.15, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.75) A :club: 9 :club: 6 :diamond: (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks

Turn: ($0.75) 7 :spade: (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.48, UTG folds, SB folds

UTG: fishy openlimper
SB: reg

Is the turn stab not too ambitious with our low implied odds if we hit + possibly small fold equity?

Considering SB checked twice he is out of the pot almost always.

The only concern would be UTG but since he checked flop and turn isn't really a card that could improve his check range I think we have enough FE. Plus we have some hand equity in case he calls.

Hello Avatars91,

Problem is that you rarely going to make any pairs to fold here. Any pair calls you and rarely pays if you do hit. As long both are even loose opponents they are more likely to call you down. Therefore Check it through instead of betting into multiway pot.

Best Regards.
