I just started playing 1/2 (failing miserably) and I've noticed a lot of really tight players. I'm talking people with hand range between 8 and 12. Any tips on how to play them? I tried to steal blinds more often, but aldough they are really tight they like to defend a lot, so it didn't work.

Hi Dippy19,
there has t be something wrong. They either have a low VPIP or tghey call too much. Maybe that is just a lack of a big sample size and they are either like normal TAGs or they caught good card.
If the stats are correct then it may be that this specific player likes to call a lot in the BB and you should raise by the ORC as usual.
