I had a brief look whilst at work but couldn't find any restricted countries list for Unibet. I will take another look once I'm back at home tomorrow regarding this.
In the meantime you can contact Unibet Poker directly or ask our customer support team if you are looking for a speedy answer.

I've checked and you should be allowed to play at Unibet but would be nice to see what Unibet said regarding this so we can help out other players too

i can't. its not on the drop down menu when i tried to register. i guess this means i can't play there
