I seem behind his range but getting 3.5:1 to call

I would just fold here, 14/13 is realllllllllllly tight and we never dominate any part of his range. KQ is also a hard hand to play in a multiway flop as we have no real implied odds as if the flop comes Kxx and we bet 3 times worse wont call and if the flop is Qxx and somebody bets 3 times we are probably beat.
I would call pairs and some suited Ax hands and connectors that can break the tight range from UTG and has good implied odds.
For example hands that play well on 568, 8910 etc.
