Hey ! I am currently playing NL5 Zoom poker on Stars and NL10 Speed poker ( same thing ) on Titan platform. The question is for all of you out there who've tried both platforms: Doesn't it seem like on stars ( even though there minimum 3 times more players than any other platform ) the field there is stronger than the other? On Titan I am playing a limit higher and I'm still getting called my all in with 0% equity... What I'm trying to ask is: The field on stars is stronger than the others ( generally speaking because you can find fishes also )?
ipoker is fisher than stars as ipoker also has a casino and lot of new players come in via the casino
At stars well its only poker
although i'm playing mostly sngs i can say that opposition is a somewhat tougher on stars than on other site.
Playing 5$ on FTP atm and i can say they are softer than 7$ and 3.5$ on stars.
I agree, stars has sharky waters ♠_cool:
im currently on party poker playing NL25 rush, an there are alot of regs but also some fish ^
As I remember, in the beginning of the Zoom cash game era in Stars I used to easily beat the games having over 10bb/100h.. Now I'm running through a bad downswing that lasts for a while ( I dropped the limits as well ) and after playing 10k hands I end up around the same sum of money that I had when I started.. All in all, looks like I am wasting my time doing nothing:)...

Downswings are very common. I am also currently in my biggest downswing in STTs
But I can tell you one thing for sure. You are not wasting your time. Its all a learning process get used to it and you'll come out a more matured player
