I´d generally go 3-bet with AK pf, but calling ip is also fine sometimes, since:
- MP would probably fold all the hands that are dominated: AQ, AJ, AT, KQ, KJ
- if blinds are aggressive and squeeze, you can shove profitable AK

On that flop I think that you should bet out. If MP has A, then he´ll c/r you anyway and if someone doesn´t have anything then why to give free card mostly 2 outers which could cost your stack.
