I would fold preflop and wait for a better spot against that calling station.
Also on the river there are lots of hands in villians range that would beat us: KJ, J8, AT, any Q, any 9 and he has to bet them out of position to get value from them.

Heya,
Pre standard snap raise, especially when bb is really bad. (would make it a lot looser)
Flop if u bet then against this player u could even go broke. Turn check seems fine, cause if we bet then now it is a lot harder for us to call him (we will turn our hand into bluff, not fan of that against this player). As played i will call the river cause there are so many busted draws.

I agree with all of this, however river is quite a close situation. This player has a lot of made hands on the river, so it is quite difficult for him to turn much into a bluff. I'm still calling though.
