Hello AA91EST,

Preflop:

We can just check here. Villain are loose and if we raise often we are going to play in a big pot, out of position with our 99, which is not great.
If we decide to raise than we should raise much bigger. Raise to 160-180 chips is fine imo.

Flop:

Easy check/fold. There is no need to do fancy moves like check/pushing and etc. Against two opponents on this board check/fold is optimal.
