Preflop set mine is fine.

Flop raise-fold? No way you can raise and fold here. Villain can shove weaker hands (KJ, AJ, overpairs, maybe some Ax with nut flush draw) and if you are behind you obviously have quite a few outs to full house.

Turn I would shove. Villain can still call with draws. Better than to first show strength in flop and then hope for bluff in river.

River is easy shove.
