looking at this I think it's very unlikely he has a flushdraw, so no protection is needed. taking this into account, should i still raise like this?

well a UTG hast a very predictable range

he could have PP, but would have raised Kings. Ergo you don´t have to be afraid of a set
he could have an Ace like AK, which would be best case szenario for hero

I totally agree with you. There is almost no chance at all he has the draw, since you´re holding the Ace of Spade

A-Pot size raise would be (3*0,60)+(1,75) = 3,55$
So your Raise-Size is actually fine imo

You shouldn´t bet less. You are not even betting the pot on a dangerous Board ... would you do this play without aces? I think this is on the verge of getting readable

I often call his donk in order to get another bet on the turn. If I raise, I'd raise less as I'm not very concerned about a flush draw.
