here i decided to balance my PF calling :)...

flop i c behind, nothing to protect from and i didnt want him to herofold some JJ/TT w/o :heart:
also i expect gim to bet a lot of his JJ:heart:,QQ:heart:,KK:heart:AK:heart:
so i felt like he is c/f almost always, unless he has a flopped flush, which is unlikely cause i block most combos
turn is pretty bad for his range so i check once again to give him some rope and bet river myself/shove if he bets ofc

So if I understand this correctly you are worried about balancing these spots at 5nl? Why?

It's unlikely that villains at these limits 4bet bluff, let alone a lot where we have to balance a "calling" range. 5-bet preflop and get the money in versus his range.

As played we should bet this flop for value before another scare comes in and kills our action. If he has nothing he will fold anyway and would rarely improve to pay you off. He may even go for check to try and ck/raise with his hands w/o hearts.

To really assign him TT/JJ in his range is a bit wide because he did 4-bet preflop.
