I think this hand is well played. Suited broadway hands can improve to strong draws and made hands.
Preflop:
Even though theres a 3-bet preflop the raisers are in late position and there are many players already interested to see the flop. Those players who limped in will very often call the 3-bet. As a result, we can expect to get about 8:1 or 10:1 odds.
Against 6 opponents, KJ suited figures to win more than its share of the money being invested preflop. You'll very regularly have 20% equity or higher, in other words preflop you'll have a 20% chance of winning the hand if each player was all in after investing money preflop.
When we combine this with the fact that you can play strong draws for value on the flop against so many players this is a strong hand for multiway pots.
Flop:
On the flop you've missed but you have overcards a backdoor flush draw, and a weak back door straight draw.
You could be dominated by JJ+ or AJ/AK and someone could have a set. Two pair is possible but less likely on this board because players are less likely to continue given the preflop action with hands like 94, 93, or 34.
When we consider the above, we cannot give ourselves 6 full outs for our overcards due to the risk that improving will not give us the best hand. We should discount to something more like 3 outs.
However, our back door flush draw will give us a very strong hand. This is worth two additional outs giving us 5 outs.
We also have a weak back door straight draw. Running Q, T would give us the nut straight. This happens very rarely but it improves our draw slightly. Its worth about 0.25 outs in this case.
After the PFR/button bets after everyone checks, we are getting 22.5:1 immediate odds. If you refer to your odds and outs chart, this means we would break even at just two outs (we could continue even with pocket twos).
Sometimes we will see a raise behind us and so we may not be finished investing on the flop. Accounting for the possibility of action behind us is important and can make close decisions a fold unless our outs give us a strong hand (meaning we'll have implied odds).
However, with slightly better than 5 outs we only need 8.5:1 odds to continue and we're certainly getting better than that. Our draw is certainly strong enough to continue to the turn.
Turn:
After everyone calls on the flop and the 9 pairs the board, its not that likely someone will have a 9. Our flush draw and striaght draw have missed. We have not improved ot a pair. We're getting 14.5:1 odds with playres left to act behind us. Here we have a marginal call/fold decision.
If the BTN is laggy and would 3-bet with weak/marignal hands and/or continue aggressively with those weaker hands on late streets then I think we should call expecting to have more than 3 outs. In other words, over 3 outs because pairing our K and J might give us the best hand.
If the BTN is very tight and only 3-bets with monsters like AQ+, AJs+, TT+ and would also have checked with unimproved broadway hands then I think folding is the correct decision. The turn is a close decision.
River is basically easy. K-high is unlikely to win here 1 in 18 times and we should fold.
