Preflop: At this limit we can raise larger UTG for pure value as our range is really strong.

Flop: I don't like the small cbet on this board. We can bet larger for pure value versus pairs and draws.

Because we bet close to 1/2 on a drawy, paired board villain can also bluff raise us.

What range do you think he can raise your small cbet? I see villains raising this even with TT and some draws so I wouldn't fold the flop. I would also consider raising and going with the hand although that's a bit closer (unless he stacks off with TT+, draws, and other weak pairs).
