Hi, I think I shouldn't have folded the turn, the 4 doesn't changes much.
Other than that, should I intend to call down and maybe fold on another heart, or call down on any river even if SB bets again and MP calls?

There is no value in raising as he does probably have 8x 7x Ax and Draws and you won't get value by each street if you raise the flop and then bet the Turn and bet the River and no card is dangerous for you. Mp3 looks pretty fishy. His range could be wide and SB could also have a draw or a weaker Pair. so your plan is to call the River and i would also call the River, even if SB bets and Mp3 calls. SB is unknown and Mp3 may pay off with any pair on the river and your odds on the river will be around 1:11. You don't even have to be ahead 10% of the time. That should be the case, even against both ranges.
