Preflop squeeze for value can be considered with more reads and dynamic. Against the average unknowns on NL25 I prefer flatting as well.

Don't be discouraged that your flop value raise got 3bet. Sometimes it happens and you can raise/fold for value. What you should make sure though is that you have a plan for when you get 3bet before you raise imo. Raising for value and having no idea what to do against a 3bet means your initial raise isn't that great because you don't know what's your opponent's range in reaction to your action.

As an alternative postflop line, you can lead here because UTG won't bluff that board that often 3way (no A or K on board, not many Tx in his range), while BU will probably not be tempted to snap fold a lot of his pairs which he usually set mines preflop here.
