BTN/SB: t4510.00 7.52 BBs
Hero (BB): t4490.00 7.48 BBs

Pre Flop: (t900) Hero is BB with 9♦ Q♠
BTN/SB calls t300, Hero checks

Flop: (t1200) Q♣ J♠ A♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB checks

Turn: (t1200) 4♣ (2 players)
Hero bets t600.00, BTN/SB folds

Villain has been limping quite a bit so i should probably ship it pre. As played, i'm c/c the flop. I bet turn for some protection from draws and calling raise.

I doubt he is limping premiums, more speculative suited hands and maybe some Kx type hands he doesn't know he should be shoving. Having said that, what range should i be shoving pre flop vs this type of limper?

Depends on what range he limp/calls. I would shove Q9o almost always though with your reads. As for postflop- I like your plan and hand is well played to me. Also, as most people would bet flop in a limped pot after you check, this guy didn't, so he's very passive. So just bet dry boards, bet draws vs him and his limps to win the pot uncontested right there. Meaning that, you will shove your value range, you will donk(not really a donk) many flops and win it there(so risk:reward ratio is better than if you just shove).
