join.me shows only the picture that the coach is streaming, the sound and chat you get by going to the coaching tab http://www.pokerstrategy.com/coaching/
and clicking on the "tune in" button that is at the bottom of the coaching you want to hear, it will open a new window where there will be chat and the sound.
The only problem I see is that you got the join.me link from that popup window so didn't you hear the sound then? There is a slidebar that goes from 0 to 100 and that regulates the volume, so make sure if it wasn't on 0.

Coaching sessions are free to watch, just click the link to the coaching and join in. If there is a Join.me coaching the coach will give you the link to click.

When I click the "tune in" button the live coaching player opens up, the volume is 100, but I still can't hear anything. I tried the heads up coaching through the LIVE stream and it worked fine..

Any another ideas why it doesn't work? Tried opera and explorer, no difference..

Someone recommended me to use chrome instead of opera or explorer and it works

I use chrome. But tested firefox and it works just fine.
Never knew this, but it looks like the coaching is just one flash window and chrome comes with built in flashplayer, but for firefox you have to install it, so that might be the problem. But not really sure. Can you watch videos on firefox like from youtube just fine? You could also try to just update your flash player. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

As I wrote, opera and exlorer can open the live coaching player in pop up window, but without the sound.. so I'll stick with chrome..
