Can anyone who is better informed clarify this further? I'm not really sure if this decision is final or is there some work-around for the Russian poker players? Is this the end for online poker in Russia?
Wow that really stinks. :/ Seems like all the governments around the world want is to take away our freedom bit by bit. And we just let them do it.
So anyone can explain the implications of this?
When will it take effect? For example there is a whole bunch of Russian grinders playing right now.
Hello guys,
The decision of Supreme Court has been made on November 13 and since this day we are closely monitoring the according topic in RU Forum. Some of ISPs have indeed blocked some partner sites, but we can't see any extensive, centraly organised process.
The users can change providers.
What is important, the software clients of the rooms weren't affected by the blocking, so the users can play. Regarding the future we will see if there will be any strong actions.

Russians are fun... Call pre-flop - Donk AI on any flop... Will miss their bankroll boosting ways if they end up not getting to play.
