So guys i gave a shot at the nl cash games on the weekend and after a two hours session i left with a profit of about 65 big blinds . I am fairly new to cash games since i play manly sit & goes so what do you think is a poor, medium or good results in terms of big blinds or buys in per hour?

For a good winrate estimate you need a large sample size (100k hands). But I would say everything above 0 is good and everything above 5PTBB/100 hands is great. Of course, you can win NL2 at a much higher rate than NL400...
Personally, I am aiming for 5 PTBB/100(full ring NL50) but counting the bonuses, too. From pure play only I guess 3-4/PTBB is a nice winrate on the limits of NL100 and below. Of course it depends - for instance, whether one is tilt prone and could blow off stacks playing thoughtlessly. But 3 BB for fullring is definitely achievable in the long term with a solid TAG game. Currently I am 4PTBB/100 after 16k hands on NL50FR but I'm on an upswing, could drop 
Btw, PTBB is two times the size of the big blind.. Say 3ptbb/100 on NL50 means 3$/100 hands

if you really dominate a limit , it wouldn't be that surprising to have a 7bb/100 longterm winrate

I really think it's possible , I personally don't have the level to achieve this but some brilliant player can do this a nl200+ i guess
7 big blind, sure easy. $5k says I can do it at nl200 over 100k hands with MT ratio of >4 
But I know (personally) at least one guy who has ~5ptBB/100 at nl200... not too sure why he doesn't play more though ^^
7big bets/100 is totally possible at NL50 and below, but of course it all depends on the number of tables you play. If you want to look at winrate, you have to consider the hourly
7 big blind per 100 on the micros as a maximum sounds low.
This is what my stats are :
NL50 : 48k hands : 9.35/100
NL100 : 28k hands : 15.27/100
NL200 : 4.4k hands : 16.97/100
Surely an upswing, but also a sustainable rate over 7bb/100 over 80k hands.
do you mean PTBB(2x the bigblind) or normal BB
because I really can't see how one could make 7ptBB in the longterm.
this means that if you play NL100 you could win 14$/100 hands and if you play 20000 hands a month(not THAT much you just have to play regularly) that means 200x14 = 2800$ a month expected profit. And what if you play 30-40k hands a month..
