Preflop: Since he is a fish and we never 4-bet bluff in this spot I'd like to make it bigger for value (as we can also expect him to call 4-bets).
Flop: Looks fine
Turn: On this turn we can check back. We really don't have FE versus anything that called the flop and we give him a chance to make a mistake on the river.
On the river we can expect him to shove Tx maybe JJ/QQ that he calls and bluffs which he may have many (broadways with a J or Q can call this flop) so considering we'd get about 20-25% pot odds we can most likely call any blank/club/K/A river.
