On a board like this, can we ever raise for value against an aggressive fish? I just called because I didn't want to get 3bet, because he would probably only do that with a T, and I didn't feel like he would call with a 4. Maybe some sort of overpair could call, but he would probably raise those pre flop.

Hello,

Preflop raising is fine.

I like your cbet on the flop.

Turn is rather a bad card so no point in betting here. I'd rather check back and plan to call the river. Don't think that too many worse hands would call if we bet here.

On the river I think just calling is fine.
I'm not really sure if he calls worse hands here, also don't really want to face a 3bet.
