oponent is a reg and 4bets 20% of time

hes either 4betting trash or monsters, already saw both of them on his 4bet range

thing is how do we adapt vs such a wide 4bet range. Anything besides shoving top range?

including 99-JJ AQ is kinda hard since hes only calling shove with better. And we keep the trash range by just calling, but i didnt like calling either vs such a big range of top 4% value and 4% of trash

I also dont like fold when he 4bets soo wide

Hi,

Well this is standard if he has wide 4betting range. We need to widen our value range to combat with his over-aggression.

What's his 4bet range (as opposed to his 4bet frequency) And do you have his positional 4bet range % (available in holdem manager 2) ?

For example, 20% isn't really high if he opens only 20% in the CO (0.2 X 20% = 4% range which is JJ+/AK (3%) and 1% bluff.

But if he 4bets 20% in BU with a 70% opening range, that's huge (0.2 X 70% = 14%).
