I was up about 30BI's and then I got a bad beat and I started to tilt and then I got 2 more bad beats. That put me down almost 40 BI. Before I realized it i was down 60BI on the NL10 tables. I need to keep reading the strategy articles more.

I don't have any of the software since I play on a mac, and I don't have virtualization software.

Well 60BB is not a lot, these things happen all the time. Probably all of us had 1000BB downswing one time in our career, so don't worry. I'm sure you had 60BB upswing before...
60BB is nowt - I hit a loss of 11 stacks Monday daytime. To be honest 1/3 of the loss was just shite play by me.
I have totally got use to it now- HATE IY .... but used to it, when playing 8/9 tables.
How come it always happens when you have the BR to move up limits - then the Poker gods must think, lets kick this little tosser in the knackers
