was just wondering if customer support has gone on a strike. 
I sent a question about titan last night at 2115, and another one about mansion to day at 05.05.
I am trying to get a site ready to play at. As i have an account at all your sites they seames to be the only options.
I also sent a question to titans support last night.
No answers from any.
Are my English not good enough, or what.

I can reassure that our customer support is not on strike - but that they simply havent gotten around to answering you 
Since 21:15 till 05:05 do not count to the normal working hours of our support staff - the tickets will probably be answered during the course of the day.
Having looked at the tickets myself already I can tell you though that we cannot re-track Mansion accounts. While we can re-track Titan accounts (which would allow you to take advantage of the very nice Summer Frenzy Promotion: http://www.pokerstrategy.com/news/pokerstrategy/PokerStrategy-and-Titan-Poker-Summer-Time-Bonus_07238 ) this would not allow you to receive starting capital there though.
