Probably my question is very easy for somebody who knows his way around HM2. Unfortunately that is not me

I recently changed from betfair and Ongame to Ipoker and William hill.

HM though does not recognise me now when I play and does not record my stats.

When I go to active session, it tracks that I am playing speed poker on WH and Ipoker but no stats are showned.

Im I doing something wrong? Do I have to change my alias or something or is this being tracked automatically?

Any help would be very welcome.

Please make sure you have the auto-import configured correctly: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/742/iPoker+Setup
The Ipoker client must be installed in english language and started as Administrator.
The hands must be imported with the correct date/time. You can adjust this under Hand importing -> site time adjustments.

Solved it.

It was the auto import and the time configuration.

Also for anyone who is switching to ipoker, make sure you have the button to store history locally activated on your poker client.
