Did i take a wrong line and give away strenght off my hand when i check turn ( couse i dont play strong hands like this ?!)
I have a read that he raises turn with strong hand oop and his flating range from bb is mostly ppts so in this spot i am wa/wb only draw here is maybe some KJs,KJo hands but i dont think he calls them to my utg raise.
So i went for pot control but latter i thought that he might know my range is caped when i check behind turn so he might be turning his hand into bluff on river ,what do you think should i call can it be ev + on this limit ?

Hi Dzikson,

Preflop: Considering that BB calls behind SB here I can see him having a wider range that you had initially assigned to him. So I can see him holding any number of connected hands (especially suited), suited aces, and pps.

Flop: Cbet 3-way is fine.

Turn: IF you have a read that he raises mostly (or only) value then why can't we bet/fold?

We can still get value from KJ/J9, Qx and some Tx/JJ.

River: As played our hand doesn't look like much however KJ also got there on the river along with Q9/T9.

I feel that at these limits villains don't ck/raise bluff often (or at all) so I'd let it go (unless we have some specific reads - but since you saw him raise strong OOP on turn that could imply that river is strong/stronger).
