BB bets $1, Hero calls $1

River: 7♠ ($3.65, 2 players)
BB bets $2.80, Hero ???

Tough spot for me. He 3bets a lot of hands preflop, couldn't put him on any range.
Can I even call turn here?

Hi Lood,

Preflop: looks fine.

Flop: Cbet is fine

Turn: Since he donks turn and seems somewhat aggressive our plan should be made here. Meaning that we have to expect him to fire the river as well and thus if we call turn we should call all river blanks.

Otherwise we are better off folding here.

Since he 3-bets a lot that means that he doesn't have many Ax hands in his range but he can still have slowplays like sets/2p from flop.
