How I can cheat in live poker, easily

I have practised some cheatings myself, for purely enterntainment value. But it's nice to know how cheating mechanics work, so you can spot them if someone is using them in homegames.

Any possibility of making a video about using partners to cheat, as that should be pretty common in casinos and homegames?

One thing that is missing is the false shuffle. Especially in games where there is a dealer (and therefore decks aren't cut) it's so easy to manage the deck if you are working with the dealer.

Sure, I am open to ideas. I could definitely film videos of other moves as well. I could go into more detail of how I actually stack the deck at will.

The thing is though, this short film took me 15 hours to film and edit. Haha!

I played with a man I knew somewhat. He never cheated, but I knew he could do it for fun if he wanted. Anyway, we played HU and I beat him for 15 bucks or so. Since the money didn't matter I said 'show me some rigged hand and we're even'. He did, and I will never get how he did the trick, even after this video. He basically gave himself royal flush or so against my full house. I was a few decimeters from the deck, he shuffled fast in some 'beginner' style. I'm really impressed by the time and discipline magician take to get so skilled.

That are some awesome skills. It kinda requires you to be the dealer tho so i don't see how you can use this in a casino unless you know the dealer and are cheating together, but i doubt dealers in any of the big casino's would dare to do it given that everything is under video surveillance.

It explains a lot why ppl got shot during the Doyle days tho.

Exactly. This video was made to show how its possible to crush self-dealt live games. The post I made in the other forum was that if a dealer watches you play for hundreds or even thousands of dollars while he earns $10/h, what would stop him from learning how to do his someday and collude with a player?

At some casinos there are no dealers in smallest games. Everyone deals in turns. But overall, casinos should be the safest place to play as there are tons of cameras so you can check things if you feel that something isn't right.

It's those home games, club games and illegal holes that have the threat of being cheated.

As a dealer, table scramble is one of the easiest way to put a card(s) from previous deal to either top or bottom. Just pay attention which cards you want to control, and press them to table with each hand when scrambling. During the circular moves just move them close to you and when putting the cards back to pile pick them last. I managed to do this when I tried without any practise, so with practise it should be really easy.

In dealer dealt casino poker we are more vulnerable to things like Signalling and Chip Dumping.

I've played in cash games and noticed clumsy attempts at both of these and even the two combined, on all occasions I've just stood up and left the game. I'm not sure I'd catch on to more refined versions of these practices though.

My advice is to remain alert and to focus on your opponents (which you should be doing already). When you think you're being cheated just get up and leave, tell your suspicions to the card room manager if you wish but get out of the game.

Lennart Green is an excellent magician (far superior to me of course) however the laser deal cannot be used in card cheating. The viewing angle is around 45 degrees so sitting in anything more than a 2 handed game will expose the sleight.

Interesting note. He was a doctor who found an old magic book with that very old move inside which many magicians forgot about. He used to practice between consulting patients and he eventually became the number one guy with regards to get that move.

I think the best way to be safe is to only play limits (in home games) in which you don't have to stress about losing. Yeah, that should be always the case with BRM but most people don't really use BRM with live games.

And if you feel uncomfortable, leave or ask for 2 persons cutting.
