It's not super easy since he can have some hands that beat you but I think it's still a value shove against such a player.

However, I disagree a bit with your flop sizing. I would bet bigger to have a smaller shove left on the turn. You can make it 5.5 or even 6 on flop and have a clear shove on probably any turn in that case. I still don't think he folds AQ, A9s, A8s type hand here but when you shove for less he might consider himself priced in with QJ, KJ, QT, KT, etc.
