should I have bet this much on the flop?

imo, in that spot, a check never an option, but i would c bet the same amount or something lighter then the 3b pre.

sure if he doesnt have a set, T9s spades, Qs or a Ks he maybe never calls a bet on that flop.

did u had any reads or stats from the oponnent?

I would 3bet aa here at least to 1,5k oop! Villains tend to make mistakes against 3bets... SO I wouldn't make it too cheap here!

I don't get the big cbet... 40-45% pot would be way more than enough! and then barrel turn again and shove river, unless it gets really ugly for you!
