I have some bonuses and because of that i cant withdraw money.I can't see that bonus ,i don't know how do i release that bonus ,i can't see progress and when it expires ..i don't know nothing ..
I write them and they told me that i have 10e (i can see that) and that i need to make 100e if i want to withdraw or if i want they can remove it.I told them to remove that 10e but i got another mail and they are telling me that i have some 100 and 50 bonuses and shit ..i didn't use any of this and i still don't know if they exist or is it excuse for them to not give me my richness .I mail them to tell me more about that bonuses that i can't see but they don't answer to me ..it's uninstalled till i gain a full control on my money and Account.

About other bonuses they write about i don't know nothing.
