I'm not sure to be honest, they normally give one reload bonus a year and if I remember correctly that has already happened 
You can always contact their support but I don't think they're going to tell you either way

They'd better not. They always offer reload bonuses when I don't have any money on Neteller. Obviously, cashing out kind of makes it impossible to receive the reload.
i reloaded recently. i messaged their support and tbh the offers weren't really reload bonuses lol. got tickets to play the 100k depositors freerolls for the month and that's it. there was another option but i'd rather just take the tickets. best message their support
