CO - 45/23 24hands fishy player

Should i 3-bet vs fishy player for value ?

If there is regular in CO with stats 24/22 What line you are taking if your playing vs that kind of regular 3-bet or flat for set mine ?

Hi all,

3betting against a fish here is fine with 99, but only if you are happy to get it in preflop. You can 3bet in position with a plan to 3bet/fold, but I think OOP I prefer it only if our opponent is getting it in preflop very wide (doesn't look like it). I would call otherwise.
