How i can get sidekick working? Sitekick no have any filters and betfair saving handhistorys and import that to database alltime when i playing.
First that working good and i get alltime new kicks but then that stop to working and after few day that working few game like in screenshot can see but after that no have import any hand. This screenshot is take yesterday.

We'd need to take a look at the logfiles to identify the problem.
Please create a logfile export via rightclicking the SideKick tray icon and selecting 'export logfiles'.
This will create a .zip file on your desktop which you can then send to us via email. Please send your email to application-services[at]pokerstrategy[dot]com.

Its over 45mb, i use gmail and with that can send only max 25mb files.
