when we played this hand,his WTSD was a bit lower than this.
should I just check fold on the river since that card is not great for bluff?

Hi Daisuke,

Based on our play what do you think villain's range is on that river?

Can you expect him fold many hands that are better than ours when the flush missed especially for such a small 1/2 pot bet?

Considering what you are trying to represent on the flop (big pairs, sets, some strong draws) I would bet bigger on turn and river (you need to sell your story).

Turn the hand around and ask yourself this: wouldn't someone raise bigger on the flop and bet bigger on the turn with a set/2p/overpair/big fd? Afterall people bet a lot on drawy boards for value/protection.

So as played the only hands we may get to fold that beat us are AQ/A9/A8 of hearts and all pairs will most likely still call.
