Hi all,

Nice hand well played. 30bb on a shorthanded table against an aggressive opponent: easy 3bet/call!

(when he puts in 1/3 of his effective stack it's the same as shoving IMO, so we're just "calling" his "all-in")

Hi,

If it matters payjump a lot and there are likely shortet stacks, then call pre-flop or 3-bet/fold should be fine options.
Don´t think he is getting all-in against you too many worse hands so you can play small-ball poker and call pre-flop to see flop. I would likely float him on broadway boards and likely would fold that board (if you want to make move then raise imo is a little better option, since he would barrel turn too often trying to get you off your small pp-s)
or 3-bet/fold, putting him mostly on QQ+, AK

If money jumps is not important to you, then 3-bet/call should be more standard spot

best regards,
