Preflop: Hero is SB with A T
BTN folds, Hero raises to 600, BB calls 300

Flop: (1,200) 3 T A (2 players)
Hero bets 750, BB calls 750

Turn: (2,700) Q (2 players)
Hero bets 2,550, BB raises to 3,620 and is all-in, Hero calls 1,070

River: (9,940) K (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Villain reads: VPIP/PFR/AF/Hands - 15/5/2.0/2k

Villain is a nitty player in general, but according to the reads I have on him he would flat call preflop here with hands like 33-77 A7-AT KT-KQ QJ. With hands like 88+, AJs+, AQ+ I think he would 3bet here. In this example, I put him on a draw, so I bet bigger on the turn in order to force him fold. Would have been better to push directly on the flop?

Hello,

Why do you put him on draw, he can still have there Ax hands, set, and Tx hands.
And if you want get him to fold on turn his draw then it's very bad, because he can have GS, FD. So you have to bet for value. You are betting your strong hand for value and you want get value from his Flush Draw and his gutshot and more hands Ax, Tx hands, but you can't give him good odds for draw.

Hi all,

Nice hand well played, try to get value in poker not prevent yourself from getting bad beat.

I'd probably size each street even smaller (though any sizing on the turn is fine because we don't really have that much behind).
