I am having terrible downswing at nl20 SSS right now. Before that i won that limit with 6-7bb/100 easy on long distance. And now after 800 hands i have -9.5 bb/100. Many premium hands AQ, QQ, AJ have big minus. Wtf? I am playing same but lose. I dont know how to behave in downswing and start losing even more. I have question to coach why it happened to me? and when i will start winning. It really hurts me much.

10k - up to 20k hands breakeven/swings are absolutely typical for sss

its not the same then) there is no need to play any looser then SHC suggests on nl 25.

you don't need to behave anyhow
just deal with it and play your normal game

but you have to learn how to deal with it
it comes with experience
work on your game
post hands, evaluate your game, watch videos, visit coachings
that's the best advice you can get
