Yes it is.
But it isn´t allowed by Pokerstars. So be carefull.
If you need software, you will find it in the german part of Pokerstrategy here
in the first post.

Important
* The "HandHistory-folder"is the folder where the hand histories get saved
* "GrabOneTime" + "Open25Tables" do what they say they do
*the two buttons next to them do this every x minutes (the 2 field on the left hand site) if you push them.
* Max.Tables should be self-explanatory (Max amount of open tables )
* The newest hands in the IHH(InstantHandHistory) have to be on the button.
* View->Remember Table Positioning: should be deactivated
* If one of the limits is not listed just add it to the *.ini file
I think that's the important part... at least it says so on the top ^^

I briefly read a topic about this some time ago. Just don't log in to your account, and when possible connect through a proxy.
First of all I never played at stars, so I didn´t use this programm yet.
(as you can see the threat is very long and half of it is to says thx to the guy who made this programm, so for me it´s looks like a good tool)
Here are some hints which I read in the threat:
Use a virtuell PC like VMWARE (it´s for free)
install a new client of the pokerstars at the virtuell pc
restart your router to get a new IP before you start mining
never log in to your account at the virtuell pc
maybe you have to run the programm as admin if you use Vista.
