i have a problem and i cannot see any video of ps
when i open the video the screen of video apears with stars that are disappearing slowly and then nothing
this happens with any video
i asked for solution help of ps and i did what they say
so i have now the last java the las tflashplayer the last i.e and also i cut and reinstall mozilla firefox but i dont see videos even with i.e and mf

Have you tried clearing the cache? This usually helps in these cases

thanks both for your answers i did what both do without some result
also i asked a friend and he told me to download a flashplayer debugger i did it and now at i.e thescreen does not dissapear but remain black at the mozilla i have the above error
