Why does my stats start from the scratch again whenever I get moved into a new table? Is that how it's suppose to be?

I guess you are using HEM?
Yes, thats by design. Hero stats are always displayed as 'Table Stats' so you can have a better idea of how your table image may appear to any new players at the table.
